How to use character casing
Character casing is a command used to control the appearance of characters within a document. Characters can either be in CAPITAL or lower case also called small letters. There are five different types of casing characters in office word 2007. These are:-Sentence case: - In sentence case the first character in each word beginning a sentence is Capitalized.
lower case:- lower case lowers all characters whether they are the starting characters in the first word or noun in a sentence.
UPPER case: - like the lower case it CAPITALIZES every character.
Capitalize each word: - Each Word In Your Sentence or Document Is Capitalized.
tOGGLE eACH case: - This cOMMAND iNTERCHANGE bETWEEN cAPITAL aND sMALL lETTERS iN a gIVEN wORD.
To use character casing in your Microsoft office Word 2007 do the following
step 1
Highlight the text you want to change its casing and go to Home menu,
step 2
In the font group click on change case drop down arrow located on the right of the change case icon
step 3
Choose the appropriate casing style you want to apply in your document
