Bullets and numbering
How to apply bullets and numbering into you word 2007 document
Bullets are characters used to separate listed items in a document. Bullets separates one listed item from one another by giving emphasis each point on the list. Numbers also are used to separate listed items only that with numbers the listed items are in sequence like a,b,c: 1,2,3 etc.
Now that we understand what Bullets and Numbering are we continue to see how we can use bullets and numbering to arrange list items in our Microsoft office word 2007.
In Microsoft office 2007 we have 3 types of listing that we can use in our document, that is, Bulleted listing, Numbered listing, and Multilevel listing.
To get started highlight the points you want numbered or bulleted. To highlight is to select, see the example below. The highlighted or selected text appear like the one below. Go to Home menu and under Paragraph group select bullets for bulleted list, numbering for numbered list or Multilevel list for multilevel listing

All of the 3 button of arranging lists can be expanded by clicking on the drop down arrow on the right of the button, that is the bullet button, numbering button and multilevel button.
